Welcome to SB Premier Transportation. By booking our services, confirming a reservation, or utilizing our website, you (the "Client") agree to be legally bound by the following terms, conditions, and company policies. Please read them carefully.
1. Deposit, Payment & Billing Policy
-
Reservation Deposit: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to securely reserve your vehicle, date, and chauffeur.
-
Final Balance: The remaining 75% balance will be automatically processed and charged to the card on file exactly 14 days prior to your scheduled departure date.
-
Last-Minute Bookings: For any reservations placed within 14 days of the scheduled service, the full 100% balance is due and will be processed immediately upon booking.
-
Finality of Payments: By submitting payment, you acknowledge that all services/products rendered by SB Premier Transportation are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us directly at +1 920-212-6967 to resolve the matter amicably.
-
Disputes & Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting resolution with SB Premier Transportation may be considered a breach of our terms and could result in additional fees, legal action, or account suspension. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery.
2. Trip Updates, Modifications & Cancellations
We understand that travel plans can change. Cancellations and itinerary adjustments are subject to strict timelines to manage fleet availability fairly.
A. Itinerary Modifications
Any requests to modify your itinerary—including changes to pickup times, routes, dates, or vehicle types—must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate last-minute adjustments, all modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may result in an updated rate structure.
B. Cancellation Schedule & Refund Tiers
Should you need to cancel your reservation entirely, refunds, credits, and forfeitures are strictly determined by the timeline below:
-
Time of Booking up to 14 Days Prior to Departure: The 25% deposit is retained by SB Premier Transportation and issued to the Client as a future ride credit. This credit has no expiration date but is subject to vehicle availability and pricing rates active at the time of the new booking.
-
14 Days Prior down to 7 Days Prior to Departure: The 25% deposit is entirely non-refundable. The remaining 75% balance will be refunded to the payment method on file, minus a 5% credit card processing fee.
-
7 Days Prior down to 48 Hours Prior to Departure: The 25% deposit is entirely non-refundable. The remaining 75% balance will be issued to the Client as a future ride credit. This credit has no expiration date but is subject to vehicle availability and pricing rates active at the time of the new booking.
-
Within 48 Hours of Scheduled Service: The reservation is 100% non-refundable, and no ride credits will be issued. The entire fare is forfeited.
C. Extreme Circumstances & Emergency Modifications
We understand that true emergencies happen. In these rare events, SB Premier Transportation will permit itinerary modifications rather than cancellation, provided that vehicle and chauffeur availability exists. Our team will do everything within our power to work with you on a reasonable solution.
3. Overages and Wait Times
-
Airport Pickups: SB Premier Transportation utilizes real-time flight tracking software to monitor your arrival. It is the responsibility of our chauffeurs to properly monitor flight adjustments and plan accordingly. Because we adapt to your flight's actual landing time, there is no additional charge for airport wait times, even in the event of airline delays.
-
Stops En Route: Complimentary stops along the way to or from the airport are permitted, provided they are scheduled and planned for ahead of time during the booking process so they can be properly built into the chauffeur's itinerary.
-
Non-Airport Pickups: For all standard, non-airport point-to-point transfers, a complimentary 30-minute grace period is provided from the scheduled pickup time. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, an additional wait time fee of $75.00 per hour will be applied, billed retroactively from the original pickup time in 30-minute increments ($37.50 per half-hour) to the credit card on file.
4. Vehicle Rules & Passenger Conduct
A. Zero-Tolerance Drugs & Alcohol Policy
SB Premier Transportation maintains a strict zero-alcohol and zero-drug policy across our entire fleet. The possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages, open containers of alcohol, and illegal substances by any passenger is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles at all times.
If any passenger is found to be consuming alcohol or illegal substances during a trip, the chauffeur is legally mandated to pull over safely and terminate the ride immediately. In the event of a violation or termination of service under this policy, all fares and deposits are entirely forfeited, and no refunds or ride credits will be issued.
B. Smoking & Vaping Policy
SB Premier Transportation enforces a strict, 100% smoke-free environment across all vehicles. This includes traditional cigarettes, cigars, pipes, as well as all forms of electronic cigarettes, vapes, and smokeless tobacco products. A violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the trip without a refund, alongside an automatic $350.00 deep-cleaning and deodorizing fee billed to the credit card on file.
C. Cleaning & Biohazard Fee
We maintain a pristine, premium fleet. A minimum cleaning and detailing fee of $350.00 will be assessed for any excessive messes, biohazard incidents (including vomiting or bodily fluids), or major liquid spills caused by passengers. This fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
D. Vehicle Damage Liability
The booking client assumes full financial liability for any physical damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle by themselves or their guests. This includes, but is not limited to, torn upholstery, broken electronics, or shattered glassware. Damages are billed at the total cost of parts, labor, and any operational revenue lost while the vehicle is out of service.
E. Passenger Behavior
Our chauffeurs reserve the right to immediately terminate service, without a refund, if any passenger displays abusive, dangerous, or heavily intoxicated behavior that compromises the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or public safety.
5. Safety, Capacity & Logistics
A. Seating Capacity
For your safety and compliance with state transport regulations, the total number of passengers must never exceed the official seating capacity of the specific vehicle reserved. Seating capacities are clearly outlined during the booking process. Chauffeurs are legally restricted from moving a vehicle if it is overloaded, and service may be delayed or cancelled without a refund if the passenger count exceeds legal limits.
B. Child Safety Seats
For the safety and convenience of our traveling families, SB Premier Transportation offers premium child safety seats (Infant, Toddler, or Booster) upon request for an additional preparation fee. To ensure the correct seat class is provided, clients must specify the child's age, weight, and height at the time of booking.
Important Safety & Liability Policy: Due to strict insurance regulations and liability mandates, our chauffeurs are legally prohibited from installing or buckling child safety seats into the vehicle. The child’s parent or traveling guardian assumes 100% responsibility for properly installing and securing the car seat prior to departure.
C. Pick Up and Drop Off Locations
To ensure a safe and seamless journey, all pickup and drop-off locations must feature a safe, legally permissible area for our vehicles to pull over, load, and unload passengers. Our chauffeurs will not pull into driveways, roads, or locations where low-hanging trees, tight turns, or unpaved terrain threaten the physical safety of the vehicle or passengers. If a designated location is inaccessible, the chauffeur will coordinate with the Client to establish the closest safe and legal alternative.
6. Miscellaneous Provisions
-
Lost Items: SB Premier Transportation is not responsible for any personal items left behind in our vehicles. We make every reasonable effort to locate and return lost property, but passengers are advised to thoroughly check the seating area before departing the vehicle.
-
Vehicle Substitution: SB Premier Transportation reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen mechanical issues or scheduling conflicts.
-
All-Inclusive Rates: All base fares seamlessly integrate all operational costs, including local tolls, fuel surcharges, and a standard 10% chauffeur gratuity, meaning no additional baseline line-items will be tacked on post-trip.
