Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to SB Premier Transport Group. By accessing our website, utilizing our digital booking tools, or entering any vehicle within our fleet, you (“the Client” or “the Passenger”) agree to be bound by the following comprehensive Terms & Conditions. Please review these rules thoroughly before finalizing your reservation.

1. General Fleet Rules & Passenger Conduct

To maintain our standard of pristine vehicle presentations and client safety, all passengers must adhere to the following operational policies:

  • Zero-Tolerance Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers, is strictly prohibited inside all fleet assets. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate termination of the trip without refund, and a minimum $500 deep-cleaning sanitation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • Passenger Behavior: SB Premier Transport Group reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an active run immediately if a passenger becomes physically abusive, excessively intoxicated, or engages in unlawful behavior. In the event of early termination under this clause, no refunds or credits will be issued.

2. Cleaning, Sanitization, & Physical Damage Fees

The client who executes the reservation is financially responsible for any physical degradation, deep staining, or structural damage caused to our vehicle by themselves or their guests:

  • Standard Spillages & Excessive Trash: A $150 valet cleaning fee will be assessed for deep-seat detailing required due to spilled beverages, ground-in food debris, or tracked mud.

  • Sickness / Biohazard Sanitation Fee: Any bodily fluid incident (such as vomiting) requires specialized hazardous remediation and temporary fleet decommissioning. A mandatory $400 biological sanitation fee will be charged immediately to return the vehicle to active service.

  • Physical Damage: Replacement costs for torn upholstery, cracked entertainment screens, broken climate vents, or damaged doors caused by negligence or horseplay will be billed directly to the booking account at full retail dealer cost plus labor.

3. Financial Authorization & Secure Checkout

  • Pre-Authorization: By entering your payment data into our checkout terminal, you authorize SB Premier Transport Group to bill the full calculated fare, along with any necessary post-trip tolls, extended wait times, or incidental detailing fees.

  • The Anti-Chargeback Clause: Because our digital infrastructure automatically calculates pricing based on the exact parameters entered by the user (including trip type, group size, and destination), all validated digital sales are final. By finalizing your checkout, you explicitly agree not to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute with your banking institution for services accurately rendered or for cancellations falling outside our documented policy parameters. All valid disputes must be handled directly with our billing team.

4. Operational Liabilities & Force Majeure

SB Premier Transport Group maintains the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and routing schedules. However, due to external highway elements beyond human control, our liability parameters are strictly defined:

  • Delays & Missed Schedules: We are not financially liable for missed commercial flights, missed train departures, or missed event start times caused by sudden highway accidents, gridlock construction, severe weather blockages, or mechanical anomalies.

  • Vehicle Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of comparable capacity or higher tier levels from our fleet or trusted affiliate networks to ensure your trip is completed successfully in the event of an unexpected scheduling conflict.

5. Baggage & Personal Property

  • Passengers are entirely responsible for tracking their personal belongings, luggage, and electronics upon entering or exiting our fleet vehicles.

  • While our drivers will perform a post-trip sweep of the cabin, SB Premier Transport Group is not legally or financially liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left behind inside the vehicles. Found items will be safely returned to our dispatch facility for customer collection.

6. Regulatory Compliance

These terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in complete accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any formal legal proceedings arising from service contract paths must be handled exclusively within courts located in Winnebago County, Wisconsin.

If you have any operational questions regarding these liability definitions, please consult our support team at (920) 212-6967 prior to staging your car.
